As we already have
balloon_connect_vsp()/netvsc_connect_vsp()/synthvid_connect_vsp(), could
we maybe rename 'hyperv_connect_vsp()' to something more DRM-specific?

In case 'unsigned long' casting was needed because you're afraid 'u32'
can overflow, it should be applied before we actually do the
multiplication:

 (unsigned long)hv->mmio_megabytes * 1024 * 1024

otherwise the cast seems useless fb_size is 'unsigned long'.
