I'm not really a DSI expert, but so far I haven't seen many (or even
any?) video mode panels that have a TE IRQ.

I'm also not sure it would be very useful: as I understand the main
purpose of the TE IRQ is to synchronize with the display refresh done
from the local framebuffer on the panel controller.

In case of video mode operation there should not be any such local
framebuffer, instead the display is continously fed with the video data.
(That's why it is absolutely important that the flow stays active all
the time.) In that case the timing will be defined by the DSI formatter.

I think MCDE_VIDEO_FORMATTER_FLOW should be the default "flow mode" for
video mode displays.

For some reason the vendor driver seems to select
MCDE_CHNL0SYNCHMOD_OUT_SYNCH_SRC_FORMATTER for BTA?:

		case MCDE_SYNCSRC_BTA:
			out_synch_src =
				MCDE_CHNL0SYNCHMOD_OUT_SYNCH_SRC_FORMATTER;

As mentioned earlier I would make this default to
MCDE_VIDEO_FORMATTER_FLOW.
I'm not even sure if it's worth supporting video + TE at all.
