Applying 6eb3cf2e06d22b2b08e6b0ab48cb9c05a8e1a107 to v5.7.7 fixed the issue for
a RX5700/Navi10 under Wayland for me. 
It still produces the following log, which might be related to
https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=206349.
