The first one is a vega10 asic according to the description, the second one is from a older VI asic. mmHDP_MEM_COHERENCY_FLUSH_CNTL is a register that the driver uses to flush and invalidate the cache on the framebuffer BAR (for CPU access to the framebuffer).
