Hm, well as I said my fps are constantly very high, so it looks like a frame pacing issue. My CPU load is also super low and never above 50 % on a single core. Of course this might be an issue with the Linux implementation of CS:GO, but I think it would be worth figuring out where exactly the culprit is. It can only be those two things: CS:GO or the graphics driver..
