Bug ID 108329
Summary [Polaris] amd-staging-drm-next has high pitch audio on 4k60hz HDMI output
Product DRI
Version DRI git
Hardware x86-64 (AMD64)
OS Linux (All)
Status NEW
Severity normal
Priority medium
Component DRM/AMDgpu
Assignee dri-devel@lists.freedesktop.org

xrandr output showing the 60hz support

After 4.18 didn't have support for 4k@60hz over HDMI, it was refreshing to see
it supported in amd-staging-drm-next. Unfortunately, there is currently high
pitch audio when using 4k@60 output. Using xrandr to change to any other
resolution or refresh rate has fully working audio.

I understand Polaris is still very WIP hardware, but I'm willing to test
patches or get additional logging to help with this bug.
