Disabling runtime pm probably result in poor battery life, right? This is a laptop with hybrid graphics afterall and the radeon should be disabled most of the time. Is there anything I can try? Like checking something in windows or try the pro driver? Or make more code changes, eg retrying to power up the GPU a couple times?
