Program received signal SIGFPE, Arithmetic exception.

What happens is that h264->intra_idr_period is 0, which with current
parenthesizing results in a division by 0.

Elephants_Dream_HD.avi -vf format=nv12,hwupload -map 0:0 -map 0:1 -y -f
matroska -bf 0 -c:v h264_vaapi ~/test.mkv
