[PATCH 0/7] Armada DRM updates for 4.10

This series is for review only - I'll be submitting a pull request to
David in due course.

These patches are based on the TDA998x MALI patch, removing the
drm_connector_register() call, and:

* Add tracing support for overlay usage, so it's possible to use tracing
  to monitor how well we hit the frame display times.
* plane support updates which came about due to my initial investigations
  into converting Armada to atomic mode set.  These are mostly just
  mechanical changes rather than anything in-depth.
* de-midlayering Armada, now that TDA998x allows for this.
