yeap, this patch is like setting i915.enable_psr=0...

I still believe we have an error somewhere else.
With this patch in place there is no panel out there with PSR
supported with preferred mode.

Maybe this ultra fast vblank is confusing this PSR blocks if this are
the expected timings...
