Your patch is definitely move in a right direction, the big black triangle is
gone, units now have right colors and there are first signs of terrain
(cliffs). 
However there are some strange artifacts, maybe shadows, the big slowdown is
still present and terrain is still mostly black. I'll attach new screenshot.
