It seems I understand what is happening there.
For now as a quick fix you may disable the driver like you did.

I hope we come with some better solution. I wonder if you can that test
it.

So, it will affect performance of the devices connected to HSUART and
SPI, usually it means GPS, BT. They fall back to PIO instead of DMA.
