[PATCH] dm: Remove redundant 'flush_workqueue()' calls

'destroy_workqueue()' already drains the queue before destroying it, so
there is no need to flush it explicitly.

Remove the redundant 'flush_workqueue()' calls.

This was generated with coccinelle:
