Hi I placed updated dm-bufio here: http://people.redhat.com/mpatocka/patches/kernel/dm-thinp-bufio/ It uses kmem_cache with proper alignment instead of kmalloc (which may return unaligned memory), so it should fix problems that Heinz observed on Sparc.
