Well, maybe. But keep in mind this will only help if they
get all of them completely and there is no other relevant
damage.

Might also be very expensive if there is surface damage
to the platters.

So is a first year in medical school, regardless of surface damage.
But of course even if the LUKS keyslot can be recovered, there is
still no guarantee that the filesystem and digital wallet are intact.
