Reading further down and it appear the paragraph in section 1.2 should be referring to section 5.19,not 5.17

Second paragraph of section 1.2 implies section 5.17 talks more about security concerns of ssd/flash drivers while section 5.17 talks about FIPS certification.
If FIPS certification has something to do with ssd drives, then a bit of a discussion about them in 5.17 would make a connection btw the two sections.
