No, all of them are inside the ASCII space.

It shouldn't.
- Did the second system you tried the unlock on already have the update you did on the first system?
They are different distros so they have not the same collection of software on same versions. But both of them are quite up to date. Mine is an Archlinux updated just 3 days ago and the other is a Debian Testing, probably upgraded during the last week or two.
