your kernel might be missing encryption modules, or the SD card might be too small.

check your kernel configuration for crypto modules, and give info on size of the file you were creating on the card.

Hello,

I have been trying to create a encrypted file on the sd card - and pur it in loopback with a normal file.

I have been following the steps in http://ltrconsulting.com/howto/android/encrypteduserprofile/

But, when i create the sp profile I get the following error:

Enter LUKS passphrase:
Verify passphrase:
Command failed: Failed to setup dm-crypt key mapping.
Check kernel for support for the aes-plain cipher spec and verify that /dev/block/loop0 contains at least 133 sectors

What am I missing here? I am doing this on android OS.
