[ANNOUNCE] cryptsetup 1.0.7-rc1 (test release candidate)

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hi all,

as you probably noticed from the email subject, new testing
release of cryptsetup is now available.

This release is intended for testing, please report all problems
to properly fix them before stable release, thanks.

The main change is that cryptsetup releases are now maintained
with help of Red Hat device-mapper/lvm developers (probably mostly
me for now:-).
Thanks Clemens Fruhwirth for agreement on this.

Project page, mailing list and basically everything remains
the same:

  - see http://code.google.com/p/cryptsetup/ for new releases

  - use dm-crypt mailing list for reporting bugs
(you can also use dm-devel list, Issues on project page,
or Red Hat bugzilla to report problems)

Thanks to Clemens for his great work on LUKS and cryptsetup!
