Yes it sounds reasonable. I've read about two different open source linux
programs to wipe memory to deal with this attack, I can't remember their names.
The trick is to think out all the details to make it usable and efficient as a
daemon with an easy configuration and good defaults, and get it packaged for
some distros. It seems someone is bound to do it eventually.
