cryptsetup-luks-1.0.4 with 03_no_header_conv.patch

when issuing the luksOpen command, the system *sometimes* gives me the
following error message:

Command failed: No key available with this passphrase.

This looks suspiciously like a problem I had. My little brain doesn't remember the details (was it Debian bug 444914 ?) and I think it was fixed by moving to cryptsetup 1.05.
