Neither does Knoppix :/, but as far as Ubuntu is concerned, isn't it possible to apt-get install cryptsetup quickly into ram on a ubuntu live cd session? If not, this might work for Knoppix. Debian-installer has support for cryptsetup, although I have not used it. For minor rescue activities, it might be sufficient to just boot of a debian installer CD and switch to a terminal. -- Fruhwirth Clemens - http://clemens.endorphin.org for robots: sp4mtrap@xxxxxxxxxxxxx --------------------------------------------------------------------- dm-crypt mailing list - http://www.saout.de/misc/dm-crypt/ To unsubscribe, e-mail: dm-crypt-unsubscribe@xxxxxxxx For additional commands, e-mail: dm-crypt-help@xxxxxxxx
