Right, I recently changed the website to point to the Wiki instead, but didn't take proper care of the sublinks (bad me). Now everything on luks.endorphin.org should give an URL redirect - content moved. This is also a good opportunity to announce that LUKS related content is now part of the dm-crypt wiki. I planned to announce this when I was satisified with design and content, but perfection comes only iff lim t->oo.
