Does it makes sense to have any peripherals requiring physical connects
on the board (i.e. uarts in this case) default to:
	status="disabled";

in this file, and override the ones which are actually wired up to a
header or something in the board file?:

&uart4 {
	status="okay";
}

E.g. on CI20 (based on pinouts), UART2 doesn't appear to be wired to
anything. That will prevent the driver being loaded for such peripherals
(you may need aliases to preserve numbering, assuming that works for
serial ports).
