In the meantime, we got some input from HW team that particular order might
need to be followed b/w MSTOP and CPG setup that doesn't align with having
MSTOP handled through power domains. There are some contradictions (AFAICT)
b/w that and the conclusions that one might draw from the HW manual, so we
are in the process of clarifying.

For that I would propose to postpone it until further clarifications.
