The watchdog fix is now commit bad201b2ac4e238c ("watchdog: rzg2l_wdt:
Power on the watchdog domain in the restart handler") in v6.13-rc2,
so it is time to revisit this (and rebase my renesas-dts-for-v6.1
branch to v6.13-rc2)?
