[PATCH] dt-bindings: cpu: Drop duplicate nvidia,tegra186-ccplex-cluster.yaml

"nvidia,tegra186-ccplex-cluster" is also documented in
arm/tegra/nvidia,tegra-ccplex-cluster.yaml. As it covers Tegra234 as
well, drop nvidia,tegra186-ccplex-cluster.yaml.
