[PATCH] dt-bindings: hwmon: tda38640: Add interrupt & regulator properties

Add properties for interrupt & regulator.
Also update example.

TEST=Run below command & make sure there is no error.
make DT_CHECKER_FLAGS=-m dt_binding_check
