[PATCH v9 16/16] PCI: imx6: Add iMX95 Endpoint (EP) support

Add iMX95 EP support and add 64bit address support. Internal bus bridge for
PCI support 64bit dma address in iMX95. Hence, call
dma_set_mask_and_coherent() to set 64 bit DMA mask.
