Building with patches 1-3 (but not patch 4/4!) breaks compilation. That can
be a problem if someone does a git bisect.

So I decided to drop this series for now, waiting for a v4.

Patch 3 should compile fine without patch 4, so please fix that.

Note that v4 should be on top of your hevc v7 series since that will be
merged to our staging tree by Friday.
