for Exynos7.

exynos_drm_fimd.c was used as a template to create this file. I just changed the
register level routines, and have kept all drm/core related things as
it is for FIMD.
As you said, this pointer is redundant in ctx structure. May be, we
have to clean
up FIMD also. Inki, what is your say?
