[PATCH 3/3] dt-bindings: interrupt-controller: Fix 'reg' was unexpected

Fix the following warning in dtbs_check
interrupt-controller@a00000: Unevaluated properties are not allowed ('reg' was unexpected)

Add the reg property in the schema.
