[PATCH] ARM: dts: aspeed: Add AMD DaytonaX BMC

Add initial version of device tree for the BMC in the AMD DaytonaX
platform.

AMD DaytonaX platform is a customer reference board (CRB) with an
Aspeed ast2500 BMC manufactured by AMD.
