[PATCH v2 5/5] MAINTAINERS: add entry for the Broadcom BCM63xx ARM SoCs

Add a MAINTAINERS entry covering all the Broadcom BCM63xx ARM DSL SoCs
files along with the relevant git tree and mailing-list.
