If it doesn't have an encoder, then you should just
use dec_offset = 0x0.

That would mean, I'd have to adapt the register offset in the device tree - I'd prefer to keep it in line with the TRM. Unless you insist, I'd like to keep it this way (It's , btw, the very same for RK3328).
