Based on PG138 , axis_clk is AXI4-Stream clock for TXD RXD TXC and RXS interfaces.
In this patch I assume we are only adding additional clocks for 1G ethernet subsystem.
For dma clocking support we need to add more clocks and better to add it in separate
patch. Please refer to xilinx tree.
