I've just got an answer from our legal department: "The Company has a Charter in which the name in English is: “BAIKAL ELECTRONICS, JSC.” Charter is the only thing you need to focus on when specifying the name." I also pointed out that it would be good to have the site updated if the upper-cased name is required by the Charter.
