[PATCH 1/2] dt-bindings: watchdog: Add arm,smc-wdt watchdog arm,smc-wdt compatible

This watchdog can be used on ARM systems with a Secure
Monitor firmware to forward watchdog operations to
firmware via a Secure Monitor Call.
