[PATCH v2 2/5] ARM: dts: omap3: Add support for INCOstartec DBB056 baseboard

INCOstartec LILLY-DBB056 is a carrier board (baseboard) for
computer-on-module LILLY-A83X.

This patch adds device-tree support for most of its features.
