[PATCH 2/7] arm64: dts: Add MDIO multiplexer DT node for Stingray

Added MDIO multiplexer iproc DT node for Stingray, which contains
the child nodes of PCIe serdes, RGMII, SATA and USB phy MDIO slaves.
