From: Roger Chen <roger.chen@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> The RK3399 GMAC Ethernet Controller provides a complete Ethernet interface from processor to a Reduced Media Independent Interface (RMII) and Reduced Gigabit Media Independent Interface (RGMII) compliant Ethernet PHY.
