Adding DT binding doc for extcon gpio device
properties.

+ - extcon-gpio,irq-flags: IRQ flags for gpio.
+ - debounce-ms: Debounce time in ms.
+ - extcon-gpio,cable-names: The unique id of specific external connector
+	defined in include/linux/extcon.h
