[PATCH 5/9] dt-bindings: msm/dsi: Some binding doc cleanups

Some cleanups:

- Use simpler names for DT nodes in the example
- Fix phandle for specifying data lane mapping in the example.
- Use references instead of dumping Document links everywhere
