How about this?

Required properties for a client device:
- mediatek,gce: Should point to the respective GCE block

Example for a client device:

mmsys: clock-controller@14000000 {
	compatible = "mediatek,mt8173-mmsys";
	mediatek,gce = <&gce>;
	...
};
