The Grafana container fix is ready to be merged into Quincy: https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/45799
So that would be all from the Dashboard + monitoring for Quincy.

Some confusion there, probably mine; quay.ceph.io is for CI, not
release. I think we're on track now but I just wanted to snip off that
loose end.
