Hello, I am Mary Naggita, OutReachy intern. I am working on a Ceph project called Making Teuthology abetted detective. I followed instructions but when I run ./start.sh from the docker-decompose directory, I get an error message below. am using ubuntu 20.04 and docker-compose 1.29.2

How can i go about that?
