Thanks for your interest in contributing. If you are having trouble with the Kiwi web client, I would try using the official OFTC webchat: https://www.oftc.net/WebChat/. All you need is your nickname and the channel you want to join (#ceph-dashboard). Enter this info into the relevant fields at the top of the page.
You must have access to a linux operating system that supports Docker (must be Fedora 3x, CentOS 8/9, Ubuntu, or Debian). There are ways to set up Linux virtual machines on a Windows OS, which would likely work. If you Google "how to set up a Linux VM on Windows", you will see a lot of relevant hits.
