Sage will take us through the architecture and various parts of
ceph-mgr. This service was spun out of the monitor to take over stats and
health reporting that was too much load on the monitors themselves prior
to luminous.
These days the mgr is the home of many modules, and a hub of integration
and cluster-wide operations for ceph. As a Cython amalgam of python and
C++, it has a bit of a different way of doing things from other ceph
daemons as well.
