If we intend to do testing on nautilus in the future we should include
https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/35387 and
https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/35387.

We probably want https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/35404 as well right?

I'd also like to see https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/35461 (just
added) make it in since I think it's silly we are still using yum
commands on centos8/rhel8.
