rados was approved for the second time on additional PR and also rgw
was approved by Casey.

The only outstanding is mimic-x which was approved by Neha (with
https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/44299 being a known issue in upgrades)

Otherwise, it's ready for Sage final approval and release.
